I slept through the night without knowing that Typhoon 8 had been issued in HK. No wonder I could sleep for long hours without stirring. There wasnt any noise. This is unusual in HK, smack right within causeway bay at least.
I peered through the windows. There wasnt a bus nor a person in sight in causeway bay. It was eerily quiet looking out of my room at 11am. No yelling, no shouting, no bus engines. Only pattering raindrops.
This is my first typhoon 8 despite having lived in HK previously. The news said it would passed through and the storm wont come near the HK territory. I hope so. I really want my cargo badly and moved in to a proper place soon!
