Twice now, I have asked Hyatt Singapore staff for a "brolly", and all I got were complete blank look.
I thought they didnt hear me, so I repeated my request for a"brolly".
The staff stare at me not comprehending.
This young chap today had me laughing when he counter asked "You want a TROLLEY?"
Well at least he tried... :)
