First attempt at Fried Calamari

Had a go at making salt & chilli fried calamari. Think it went okie except I need to get fresher produce next time. Considered success for first attempt I supposed since I didnt over fry it. Didnt realise herbs can  taste so good even fried! lol! The recipe will have to wait till I perfect it:)
