The girls popped over for a night stay. Em decided to take a day off on Friday to keep me company and we thought of heading to the beach tomorrow on friday. It's good to be back with friends...
I didnt even realise that the night view was pretty nice till rain took a shot of it. 
Rain bought this big pack of huge frozen scallops from wholesale (cheaply) and shared with us. As I was skeptical about eating it raw after thawing, so I opted to have mine panfried with sea salt and blackpepper. It was sooo yummy delicious! Hee heee...

We packed "Freshness Burger" back from Windsor house and it tasted much better than Mos Burger! I was rather impressed with the "Teriyaki chicken burger", while Em loved the "Freshness burger". I am not a burger nor fast food fan but this is really nice nite. For dessert, we couldnt miss out on the fantastic choc cake from starbucks! We love the richness and dusted choc powder on the top layer. The cake should be eaten cold or the choc layer in between will be alittle too "rich". Something about choc should be eaten chill, not warm.
After all the food and fun, it was an endless chat till 4am the next morning... I dread to think how I am going to rush out new translation work by monday....another long cramming session!
